The Dirty Dawgs Policies
Extra Charge Policy - Dirty Dawgs is allowed to add on additional charges to any grooming service. Reasons included but not limited to, Coat Type, Coat Condition, Pets Temperament, Length of Groom Time, De-Shedding, etc.
24 Hour Cancelation Policy - If clients cancel an appointment, it MUST BE before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If clients fail to do this, they will be required to pay the Full Price of their scheduled services.
No Call, No Show Policy - If Dirty Dawgs Mobile Salon arrives for a scheduled appointment and nobody is home, the Stylists will wait no longer than 10 minutes. After that, clients will be responsible for paying the Full Price of their scheduled services. Extra Fees may apply.
Cat Policy - If clients are unable to catch or find their pet upon the arrival of Dirty Dawgs Mobile Salon, the Stylist can request the client to reschedule their appointment. Clients will still be responsible for paying the Full Price of their scheduled services.
Refusal Policy - Dirty Dawgs is allowed to refuse or immediately stop the grooming process at any time. The Safety of your Pets and our Stylists come first!
